Review a transfer before signing
Blockchain transfers can be difficult or impossible to reverse. Build a review habit around destination, network, token, amount, and fees.

Follow these checks in order
Match both networks
Ensure sender and recipient support the exact chain and token standard.
Check the full destination
Compare more than the first and last characters and watch for clipboard substitution.
Review amount and fees
Confirm units, decimals, and network costs; a small test can reduce uncertainty.
Inspect the signature request
Avoid unexpected unlimited allowances or unknown contract interactions.
SECURITY BOUNDARY
Knowing when to pause is part of wallet security
If a network, permission, or phrase request differs from what you expected, stop and verify through an independent, trusted channel. Never sign just because of a timer or an urgent message.
Never enter recovery credentials into an unfamiliar page.
